DaddyGPS: common questions

Who can use DaddyGPS? Adults, 18 and older, in the United States. See For adults (18+).

What does DaddyGPS send, and to whom? Route and search requests go only to our own server, which keeps no logs of them. The privacy policy lists exactly what is sent and the limits of that promise.

Someone sent me a voice pack I don't want. Delete it in Settings › Voice. Packs never pass through our servers, so we can't see or remove a pack someone sent you. If you are in danger, contact the police. You can also write to us. See the Terms, section 7.

How do I make a privacy request? Email info@goldstarlabs.app. What you can ask for, and how quickly we answer, is in the privacy policy, section 12. Washington residents: see the Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy.

How do I get a refund or cancel a subscription? Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play, and refunds and cancellations go through them, under their policies. See the Terms, section 11.

The map, a speed limit or an address is wrong. Maps come from open data, mostly OpenStreetMap, and can be wrong or out of date. Always follow the road and its signs. You're welcome to tell us at info@goldstarlabs.app. See the Terms, section 4.5.

Security

To report a security problem in our apps, our servers or this website, email info@goldstarlabs.app with "Security" in the subject. Please give us a reasonable time to fix it before you tell anyone else. Our security.txt says the same for tools that look for it.
