Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy (Washington)

Last updated: [Month year] · Gold Star Labs LLC, 7533 S Center View Ct, Ste R, West Jordan, UT 84084, United States · info@goldstarlabs.app

This policy covers consumer health data, as Washington's My Health My Data Act (RCW 19.373) defines it, in the DaddyGPS apps and the server they use.

1. Consumer health data we collect, how we use it, and why. If you search for a place where health services or supplies are provided (for example a clinic, hospital, pharmacy or sexual-wellness store), or ask for directions to, from or near one, our server receives your search text, that place's location or your location near it. That could indicate an attempt to get health services or supplies. We use it only to answer that search or route request. Our server processes it in memory while answering and doesn't store it.

2. Sources. Your phone, when you search or ask for a route in the app.

3. Consumer health data we share. None. We don't share or sell consumer health data.

4. Third parties and affiliates we share it with. None. We have no affiliates.

5. Your rights, and how to use them. You have the right to:

To use these rights, email info@goldstarlabs.app. You don't need an account (DaddyGPS has none). Because our server keeps none of this data, not even in backups, we expect to confirm that we hold none about you. We answer within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend that once by 45 days, and we'll tell you why within the first 45 days. Answers are free, up to twice a year.

Appeal. If we decline to act on your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer within 60 days. Within 45 days of receiving your appeal, we'll tell you in writing what we did or didn't do, and why. If we deny your appeal, you can complain to the Washington State Attorney General at https://www.atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
